Account details such as your name and work email, the content you upload or create, and basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.
To provide One99, keep it secure, offer support and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with infrastructure and email-delivery providers acting on our instructions, and where the law requires it.
We keep your data while your account is active. After closure it is deleted within 30 days and removed from backups within 90 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and logged.
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data.

By signing in you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own what you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display it to the people you choose.
Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or upload unlawful content.
We work to keep One99 available and may update features or these terms with reasonable notice.
Either party may end the agreement at any time. The service is provided as is, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
